Testing

The Clamp Tab has been extensively tested in our lab using:

NIDAQ PCI-6052 and PCI-6713 DAQ devices with Windows and Igor 5 and 6.

ITC-18 DAQ devices with Mac OS 8.6 and Igor Pro 5 and 6.

Other labs have reported success using:

ITC-16 and ITC-18 DAC devices with OSX and Igor Pro 5.

Disclaimer

Although the Clamp acquisition code can be easily modified within Igor, we strongly discourage any change to the original code. We do, however, encourage the addition of online analysis functions via the Clamp/Stim/Misc Tab which can be added to your own procedure file.
