Clamp Stim Ins & Outs Tab

On this tab, select the ADC/DAC/TTL DAQ device configurations you wish to use for the current Stimulus Protocol.

If an ADC input has been configured for automatic scaling via a telegraph gain input, the ADC input configuration for the telegraph will automatically be selected. In the image above, for example, the ADC input configuration Tgain_Axo has been added to the ADC input list after the Imem configuration was selected.

Use global configs – this option will automatically be checked on when creating a new stimulus protocol, in which case input/output device configurations listed in the drop-down menus are derived from the global configurations defined on the Clamp Configs Tab. If the current stimulus protocol was made with an older version of NeuroMatic, this option may be unchecked (off), in which case input/output configurations listed in the drop-down menus are derived from the configurations saved inside the stimulus protocol (an old design feature of NeuroMatic). To update this old stimulus protocol, check use global configs on, reselect your inputs/outputs and save your stimulus protocol for future use. To create global device configurations from your old stimulus protocols, use the Extract button on the Clamp Configs Tab.
